Glow Stack 70mg ( 1 x 3ml Cartridge) Dosing
Ensure that you sterilise the cartridge stopper with an alcohol swab before connecting the needle to the pen.
1. Prime the pen to remove any trapped air by turning the dial in increments of 5 to 10 units and pressing the button until a small drop of liquid appears at the tip of the needle.
2. Adjust the dose on the window to the recommended starting dose. Double check your dose before getting ready to insert the needle.
3. First sterilise the area to be injected with an alcohol swab. Pinch the skin on the area you plan to inject (usually the abdominal area) between your fingers, then insert the needle at a 90 degree angle to the full length of the needle, hold in place then press the button on the pen to fully dispense the peptide solution. Hold the needle in place for 5 to 10 seconds to allow the solution to diffuse into the tissue.
Glow Stack 70mg Dosing Recommendation (3ml Vial)
NEVER SHARE YOUR NEEDLES OR PEN WITH ANYONE.
Keep Refridgerated at 2°
Ensure you sterilise the cartridge stopper first by wiping the rubber port with an alcohol swab- do not touch the stopper once sterilised. Do not touch opened needles. Use a new needle for each injection. If you are reusing needles, wipe the needle tip with an alcohol swab before using.

Do's
| Do | Why |
|---|---|
| Do start at a low dose (4 units) | Allows your body to adjust to copper before increasing |
| Do increase dose gradually over several weeks | Prevents sudden copper overload and side effects |
| Do take 2 days off per week (e.g., Saturday & Sunday) | Reduces copper accumulation and prevents tolerance |
| Do refrigerate the cartridge at all times | Peptides degrade quickly at room temperature |
| Do use a new, sterile pen needle for every injection | Prevents infection and contamination |
| Do rotate injection sites (left side of belly today, right side tomorrow) | Prevents hard lumps (lipohypertrophy) and skin irritation |
| Do clean the injection site and cartridge stopper with an alcohol swab before each use | Maintains sterility |
| Do supplement with zinc (20–40mg daily) | GHK-Cu increases copper levels; zinc balances them |
| Do drink plenty of water throughout the day | Helps flush excess copper from your system |
| Do listen to your body and lower the dose if side effects are uncomfortable | Prevents progression to copper toxicity |
| Do take a 4-week break after completing the 8-week cycle | Allows copper levels to return to normal |
| Do store the cartridge upright in the refrigerator door | Prevents peptides from settling unevenly |
Don'ts
| Don't | Reason |
|---|---|
| Don't exceed 10 units per day | GHK-Cu above 1.66mg per dose significantly increases side effects without added benefit |
| Don't jump straight to a high dose (e.g., 10 units) | Will cause severe metallic taste, nausea, and injection site pain |
| Don't use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive | Copper can be harmful to fetal development |
| Don't use if you have Wilson's disease (copper metabolism disorder) | Your body cannot eliminate copper properly |
| Don't use if you have active cancer | TB-500 promotes angiogenesis (blood vessel growth), which may feed tumors |
| Don't ignore a persistent metallic taste in your mouth | This is the earliest sign of copper overload — lower your dose immediately |
| Don't ignore nausea, headache, or dizziness | These are signs of copper buildup — take 1–2 days off |
| Don't inject into the same spot every day | Causes hard, painful lumps under the skin |
| Don't share needles, syringes, or the cartridge | Risk of transmitting bloodborne diseases (HIV, hepatitis) |
| Don't use the solution if it is cloudy, discolored (brown or green), or contains floating particles | Indicates bacterial contamination or peptide degradation |
| Don't leave the cartridge at room temperature for more than a few hours | Peptides break down rapidly when warm |
| Don't shake the cartridge | Shaking can damage the peptide bonds |
| Don't skip the 2 days off per week | Increases copper accumulation and side effects |
| Don't double your dose if you miss a day | Just skip the missed day and continue with your normal schedule |
| Don't use the cartridge for more than 8 weeks after reconstitution | Bacteriostatic water's preservative is only effective for ~8 weeks |
| Don't freeze the cartridge | Freezing damages peptide structure |
⚠️Common Side Effects (Listed by Symptom)
| Side Effect | How Common | What To Do |
|---|---|---|
| Stinging or burning at injection site | Very common (80-90% of users) | Normal reaction to GHK-Cu. Inject slowly over 5-10 seconds. Ice the area before and after. Use a shorter needle (4-6mm). |
| Redness or small lump at injection site | Common (50-70% of users) | Local irritation. Rotate injection sites daily. Lump usually resolves in 24-48 hours. Apply a cool compress. |
| Metallic taste in mouth | Common (40-60% of users, dose-dependent) | Copper entering bloodstream. Lower your dose by 2-4 units. Take 1-2 days off. Increase zinc intake to 40mg. |
| Mild nausea | Common (30-50% at higher doses) | Copper overload. Reduce dose by 2-4 units. Drink ginger tea or take ginger capsules. Add zinc 20-40mg. Hydrate. |
| Fatigue or drowsiness | Common in first week (20-30% of users) | Body adapting to copper. Usually passes after 3-5 days. Rest more. Inject before bedtime if fatigue is strong. |
| Headache | Uncommon (10-20% of users) | Copper buildup or dehydration. Hydrate with electrolyte water. Lower dose by 2 units. Add zinc 20mg. |
| Bruising at injection site | Uncommon (10-15% of users) | Nicked a small blood vessel. Apply gentle pressure after injection. Rotate sites. Usually harmless and resolves in a few days. |
| Flushing or warmth (face/chest) | Uncommon (5-10% of users) | Histamine reaction to GHK-Cu. Lower dose by 2-4 units. Take an over-the-counter antihistamine (e.g., cetirizine) if needed. |
| Itching (generalized, not at injection site) | Rare (less than 5% of users) | Possible allergic reaction. Stop use immediately. Take antihistamine. If itching persists or worsens, consult a doctor. |
| Dizziness or lightheadedness | Rare (less than 5% of users) | Copper overload or blood pressure change. Stop immediately. Lie down. Hydrate. If persists, seek medical advice. |
| Injection site pain lasting >2 hours | Rare (less than 5% of users) | Needle too large or injecting too fast. Use 31G 4mm needle. Inject even slower (over 10-15 seconds). Ice after. |
| Anxiety or irritability | Rare (less than 3% of users) | BPC-157 can affect dopamine receptors. Lower dose or stop. Symptoms usually resolve within 24-48 hours. |
| Diarrhea or loose stools | Rare (less than 5% of users) | Copper irritating the digestive tract. Lower dose. Increase zinc. Hydrate well. If severe, stop and consult a doctor. |
When to Stop Immediately & Seek Medical Advice
| Symptom | Possible cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Severe metallic taste with vomiting | Acute copper toxicity | Stop immediately. Seek medical attention. |
| Yellowing of skin or eyes | Liver stress from copper accumulation | Stop immediately. See a doctor. |
| Difficulty breathing or swelling of lips/tongue | Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) | Seek emergency care (call emergency services). |
| Irregular heartbeat or palpitations | Electrolyte imbalance from copper | Stop immediately. See a doctor. |
| Severe dizziness or fainting | Cardiovascular reaction | Stop immediately. Lie down. Seek medical attention. |
| Rash or hives spreading over body | Moderate to severe allergic reaction | Stop. Take antihistamine. See a doctor if spreading. |
