GHK-Cu 100mg Dosing

Ensure that you sterilise the cartridge stopper with an alcohol swab before connecting the needle to the pen.

             1. Prime the pen to remove any trapped air by turning the dial in increments of 5 to 10 units and pressing the button until a small drop of liquid appears at the tip of the needle.

              2. Adjust the dose on the window to the recommended starting dose. Double check your dose before getting ready to insert the needle.

3. First sterilise the area to be injected with an alcohol swab. Pinch the skin on the area you plan to inject (usually the abdominal area) between your fingers, then insert the needle at a 90 degree angle to the full length of the needle, hold in place then press the button on the pen to fully dispense the peptide solution. Hold the needle in place for 5 to 10 seconds to allow the solution to diffuse into the tissue.

GHK-Cu 100mg Dosing Recommendation (3ml Vial)

NEVER SHARE YOUR NEEDLES OR PEN WITH ANYONE.

Keep Refridgerated at 2°

Ensure you sterilise the cartridge stopper first by wiping the rubber port with an alcohol swab- do not touch the stopper once sterilised. Do not touch opened needles. Use a new needle for each injection. If you are reusing needles, wipe the needle tip with an alcohol swab before using.

Dosing:

  • Starting Dose (500 mcg): For a daily starting dose of 500 micrograms (mcg), you would draw 5 units on your syringe or turn the dial on your pen to 5 on the window display. Use 5 units for first 2 days then increase to 10 units

  • Therapeutic Range (1-2 mg): Standard research protocols often use 1-2mg per day. This would be 10 to 20 units on your syringe or pen. Ideally stick with a 10 unit dose to minimise risks of side effects, follow the 5 day on 2 day off routine.

Injection Site: Subcutaneous (Sub-Q) into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.

Duration: Use for 4-8 weeks, with a standard pattern of 5 days on / 2 days off

Store it in the refrigerator at 36–46°F (2–8°C). The mixed solution is typically stable for 4–6 weeks

 The "Do's" of GHK-Cu Injection

  • Consult a Doctor: This is the most important step. A medical professional can help you determine if this peptide is right for you and monitor your health.

  • Start Low and Go Slow: Begin with a low dose (e.g., 500 mcg) and increase only if you tolerate it well.

  • Use Sterile Technique: Always wash your hands, use alcohol swabs on vial stoppers and your skin, and use a new, sterile needle for every injection.

  • Rotate Injection Sites: Inject into the fat of the lower abdomen (2 inches from the navel), upper thigh, or back of the arm. Rotate to a different spot each time to prevent irritation or lumps.

  • Follow a Cycle: A common protocol is 5 days on, 2 days off for 4 to 8 weeks, followed by a break.

The "Don'ts" of GHK-Cu Injection

  • Don't Use if You Have Certain Conditions: Avoid GHK-Cu if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have Wilson's disease (a copper metabolism disorder), or have an active cancer history without an oncologist's approval.

  • Don't Ignore Copper Balance: Because GHK-Cu increases copper availability, some sources recommend supplementing with zinc (e.g., 20-40mg of Zinc Glycinate) to maintain a healthy mineral balance. Be aware of potential signs of copper toxicity, such as nausea, headaches, or a metallic taste.

  • Don't Inject into a Vein: GHK-Cu is intended for subcutaneous injection (into the fat layer), not intravenous (IV) use.

  • Don't Use if the Solution is Cloudy: Before each injection, check the vial. The solution should be clear. If it is cloudy or contains particles, do not use it.

Possible Side Effects

GHK-Cu is generally well-tolerated, but you may experience:

  • Injection Site Reactions: Mild redness, itching, stinging, or bruising are common and usually resolve quickly.

  • Systemic Effects: Some users report mild fatigue, headaches, or nausea, especially in the first week.
