BPC 157+TB500 (Wolverine Stack) 10mg Dosing (2ml Solution)
Ensure that you sterilise the cartridge stopper with an alcohol swab before connecting the needle to the pen.
1. Prime the pen to remove any trapped air by turning the dial in increments of 5 to 10 units and pressing the button until a small drop of liquid appears at the tip of the needle.
2. Adjust the dose on the window to the recommended starting dose. Double check your dose before getting ready to insert the needle.
3. First sterilise the area to be injected with an alcohol swab. Pinch the skin on the area you plan to inject (usually the abdominal area) between your fingers, then insert the needle at a 90 degree angle to the full length of the needle, hold in place then press the button on the pen to fully dispense the peptide solution. Hold the needle in place for 5 to 10 seconds to allow the solution to diffuse into the tissue.
BPC 157+TB500 (Wolverine Stack) Dosing Recommendation (2ml Vial)
(2ml Solution = 20 days if used daily/ 4 weeks if used 5 days on 2 days off))
NEVER SHARE YOUR NEEDLES OR PEN WITH ANYONE.
Keep Refridgerated at 2°
Ensure you sterilise the cartridge stopper first by wiping the rubber port with an alcohol swab- do not touch the stopper once sterilised. Do not touch opened needles. Use a new needle for each injection. If you are reusing needles, wipe the needle tip with an alcohol swab before using.
DOSING:
-
Starting Dose (250 mcg): For a daily starting dose of 250 micrograms (mcg), you would draw 5 units on your syringe or turn the dial on your pen to 5 on the window display.
-
Therapeutic Range (500 mcg): Standard research protocols often use 500mcg per day. This would be 10 units on your syringe or pen.
Injection Site: Usually closer to the site of injury when possible (or in the abdominal fat area. (DO NOT INJECT IM)
Duration:
-
Once daily for general recovery or mild injuries.
-
Twice daily (morning + evening) for acute or severe injuries (total daily dose typically ≤ 1mg)
Store it in the refrigerator at 36–46°F (2–8°C). The mixed solution is typically stable for 4–6 weeks
Do's
| Do | Why |
|---|---|
| Do start with a low dose (250mcg) to assess tolerance. | Some people experience fatigue, headache, or injection site reactions. |
| Do inject near the injury site when possible (e.g., belly fat near a surgical site, or thigh for knee injury). | BPC-157 has local effects; proximity may enhance results. |
| Do use sterile technique every time: wash hands, alcohol swab skin, use new needles. | Prevents infection and contamination. |
| Do rotate injection sites (left/right abdomen, thighs). | Reduces risk of lipohypertrophy (lumps) or irritation. |
| Do refrigerate after reconstitution. | Peptides degrade quickly at room temperature. |
| Do use within 4–6 weeks after mixing. | Bacteriostatic water's preservative (benzyl alcohol) is only effective for that long. |
| Do combine with proper rehabilitation (physical therapy, rest, nutrition). | Peptides support healing but do not replace mechanical repair. |
Don'ts
| Don't | Why |
|---|---|
| Don't use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have active cancer. | Peptides that promote angiogenesis (TB-500) could theoretically feed tumor growth. |
| Don't inject intravenously (IV). | These peptides are designed for SubQ or intramuscular (IM) use. IV use increases infection risk. |
| Don't shake the vial after reconstitution. | Agitation can break peptide bonds, reducing effectiveness. |
| Don't use if the solution is cloudy or contains particles. | Indicates contamination or peptide degradation. |
| Don't exceed 8 weeks of continuous use without a break. | Long-term effects are not well-studied. A washout period allows your body to reset. |
| Don't assume the blend is right for every injury. | BPC-157 is excellent for tendons/ligaments/gut; TB-500 for muscle/wound healing. But some conditions may require separate dosing. |
| Don't share needles or pens with anyone. | Risk of bloodborne diseases (HIV, hepatitis). |
Potential Side Effects
Most users report few side effects, but possible reactions include:
| Mild | Moderate (rare) |
|---|---|
| Injection site redness, itching, or stinging | Headache |
| Mild fatigue (especially first few days) | Flushing or dizziness |
| Temporary water retention | Anxiety or irritability (BPC-157 can affect dopamine) |
